Yeah, I don't blame you, I think that's too at first, but Mamachari have something, that's "stupidity for friendship", his friend got blame by police for high speed violation and then 'time for revenge', that's the beginning of the story he purposely begin to act against rule indirectly.
Stupid, I think, but the childish police won't lose, he counter them with funny act too, this is damn good.
Yeah, the beginning is so funny but the ending is so dramatic you can even cry. Why you don't try watch it? Even it's Japanese there's subtitle right? And this is the link to watch and download it.
Oh, yeah one more before I forget, maybe you can't see the text because you don't have very good eyes, you can zoom in with your browser right? That's just an opinion.
